On-site sewage facilities (OSSF) require regular monitoring and maintenance including certain operations required by the State for on-site water treatment plants.

The State may require weekly, monthly or yearly treatment plant operations, depending upon your OSSF permit. Your permit will depend upon the specific company, geography and soil of your unique property.
